Set minimum product quantity

Hello!
I am looking for help with a project to migrate my website to Shopify. I am in the beverage industry and I need to use default quantities for certain types of products, but not all.
Half of the products currently on my site are sold with a default quantity of 6 units, which is not a problem with WooCommerce. However, I have been searching for several days now, how to do this on Shopify and I can't find a solution.
