Shopify Market Details on website front end

Hi 

I need some assistance with Shopify Markets functionality. Specifically, I'm looking for a way to determine which market (not region or country) the website is currently operating in from the front end.

For example, if I have the following setup:

• Asia Market: Includes countries like India and Japan.

• AU-NZ Market: Includes countries like Australia and New Zealand.

When a user selects a region such as India, I would like to retrieve information about the associated market (e.g., market name, ID, or handle) to utilize on the front end.

Are there any method or API to achieve this?
