UK Users Seeing American Store Version – Need Help with Shopify Markets

We're launching our store in the UK, but some UK users still see the American version of our site. These users haven't visited the site before and aren't using a VPN or proxy. Shopify Support says everything is set up correctly.

Has anyone else faced this issue with Shopify Markets? Any ideas on why this might be happening? Thanks for your help!

To resolve it, ensure that your geolocation settings are correctly configured, clear cache and cookies, and check for any CDN issues. You might also want to review your Shopify Markets settings to ensure the UK market is prioritized for UK users.
