I’ve asked Shopify support to shut off Markets Pro and was told to wait an indefinite amount of time while they steal 6% off of every international order. It only took a click of a button to turn on but they made it complicated to keep scamming me. Products are not showing now due to some bs restrictions only related to this feature and it’s caused a loss of sales. They understand how it ruins business yet can’t even tell me a timeframe for when they’ll turn the feature off. So I’m left to assume they’ll scam me forever I guess.
also their new support system SUCKS and we need the phone number back. Looking for a new platform to sell on because of how bad things have gotten here
