Problem ordering DHL packaging for International Shipments through Shopify Markets Pro

We are caught in a logic loop between Shopify and DHL as we try to order DHL shipping supplies ( envelopes, boxes). First USPS and FedEx both provide free shipping supplies -- simple, no problems. DHL is a nightmare. Shopify Markets Pro information directs users to contact DHL for shipping supplies. First problem, DHL requires you setup an account with one of their shipping representatives. You wait days for that to happen, you finally get your account setup up and the first batch of shipping supplies ordered. Then a couple of weeks later, the shipping rep contacts you and tells you they are cancelling your account because we are not shipping directly through them but through Shopify. So now we can't order free shipping supplies. Of course, Shopify makes it almost impossible to connect to a human to get any resolution on this. Anyone else encountering this issue? Anyone from Shopify monitoring this forum?

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We are working on streamlining the ordering of supplies from DHL Express on Markets Pro. Before end of May 2024, you will be able to contact DHL Express directly for supplies. We will update Shopify help docs with instructions.
