Hello Shopify Community,
I am developing an app within Shopify to integrate it with Integrately for transferring data to ManyChat. Despite assigning all necessary permissions during the app's setup, I am facing a problem: I cannot retrieve essential user data such as first name, last name, and email address through Integrately, which ManyChat requires to create a contact.
Could someone guide me on how to ensure that this user information is correctly transferred? Are there additional steps or specific configurations within Shopify or Integrately that I should check?
