Removing Store metadata

Hi,

I have installed and uninstalled a handfull of apps. After uninstalling I have followed instructions on how to remove all app code from my theme etc. But today, when I looked in the translate and adapt app, I can see, that there is still some metadata left from some of the apps.

Are the any possible ways to remove these?
