Setting up a Metafield for Retail Brands

Let me walk you of what we wanted to achieve. So, we have Sellers that have multiple retail brands on them. For example, Seller Rue Madame has Retail brands like: Veja, HOBBS, Sweaty Betty, JONAK, and many more. Can we set up a metafield, that whenever there is a product pulled it would automatically have the Brand Name in them and the tag "Brand:brand name" for example, "Brand:Veja"

How do you intend to use this data?

And also I don't think that's possible in my knowledge to automatically get a metafield to have some value, you will have to add the value to individual products.
