customer photo upload no working

I have my Debut theme set up so that there is a personalization text field and a field where customers can upload photos of what they're wanting. The good news: the personalization text field works great! The bad news: I've gotten an order and my customer referenced the photo she uploaded, but I can't find the photo anywhere. I tried adding a photo to an order myself, and it doesn't show up in the cart, either. 

Please help!
