Data layer Not passing values

Hi,

In my thank you page conversion value which usually passes to data layer after purchase, is not passing for all orders, which is why we are not able to pass the purchase value further to facebook or google ads. How can we fix this? Also it is working sometimes coz of that we are not getting actual results
