HOW TO REMOVE OPTIONS PHOTO FROM PRODUCT PHOTO

Hello, I have products with 18 options
3 models and 6 colors, totally this is 18 variations - and each of them have a photo.

How can I delete photos from photo gallery, and leave them only when the options a changing?

I'm using theme Symmetry.
