The products on our store go out of stock their self, although we had them in the inventory. They even get hidden from online store channel by their self ?
then we have to manually add them again and after some time we face the same issue with multiple products. Kindly help ?
Check your store for any automation apps running undocumented processes your not aware of.
Or if staff are importing products , or inventory using CSV files.
In the Shopify Admin, you can try going to the Products page and select a Variant.
On the Variant page, there's a link "Adjustment history" that will give you the inventory history in the last 90 days which may reveal some clues on what's causing it:
There's a column "Adjusted by" which will give the name of the app or staff that made the adjustments.
