Where can i find the themes Book/Shop

Hi to all new Shopify, just starting, want to use the theme as per the examples on the website (https://www.shopbookshop.com/ ) can't seem to be able to find it anywhere.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Given url thme name is blockshop. and here is theme url https://themes.shopify.com/themes/blockshop/styles/deli. If  you don't know how to find just follow this step you will get the theme name. open any shopify website and after press Ctrl with U button. Then Press Ctrl F search theme keyword you will get name.
