3 websites with only 1 admin

We have 3 brands that are sold separately through 3 different websites.

We need to keep it this way for several reasons, but it would make life easier for us if we could have only one backend. 
Would it be possible to unite them and only have 1 Shopify admin but keep 3 different websites on the front end (differents URLs) ?

Hi Magnus

Some of our users who run multiple websites use one as their admin site and pull all orders into it and then update inventory & order tracking to the secondary stores.

What the point of the secondary stores if possible to run all through one? Not sure I follow..
