Same. Shopify status page says all systems are working as intended. Second time this week this is happening.

Tired accessing store but not working. Website works. www.shopifystatus.com says everything is fine. But just the admin page can't be reached. This is for multiple Shopify stores. Anyone else in the same boat?

Yes - same here. Cannot get into admin site on web or phone. Clearly an outage of some sort.
We're also having this issue. 502 and 504 errors while attempting to receive items.

Yes, getting 502 bad gateway on the platform interface and 504 bad gateway for our website. When attempting to contact Shopify 24/7 support I'm getting this message:
Unexpected Server Error

Can't trust shopifystatus.com anymore. They moderate and hide these issues recently. Downdetector.com always shows the real picture. Currently climbing up to almost 4000 stores impacted.
we just came back online
Same for our site too. First site was down. Then it went back up but then the admin side went down. First the status page said ok but they just recently updated it. See screenshot.
I'm having the same issue as well.. first it was the mandarin letters a couple days ago, now this lol! Can't even contact support so I suppose we just wait.

I can't access shopify admin pages it seems like Shopify servers are down. I checked some other sites using Shopify and they all are down. What's going on?

Absolutely terrible service, so as us sellers know Shopify is HARD to get a hold of, usually you have to speak to an AI chat bot. This chat bot claims there is no issue right now and directs you to check your internet connection EVEN THOUGH https://www.shopifystatus.com/ shows there are issues and the actual help page shows there is an active service disruption. Thought AI was supposed to replace all these human jobs? I am losing sales right now as well as not able to update my store which is what my entire plan was today. Will Shopify give us a discount for the month? Most of us spend hundreds if not thousands a month on this service. It should have 0 downtime. I worked as a hospital IT Admin for years we were a small team and never had outages as we always had backup plans. The fact I can write this whole post and the site isn't back up is majorly unsettling. There is also no good info they have given us. Its midday here in the US when our customers are most likely to be on. Everyone that reads this should demand Shopify refund all our fees for the month to get them to wake up and realize this isn't acceptable.

No choices when entering an order on the back end either.
