Amazon Associate Banners/Ads in Blog

Is there any way to add Amazon Associate ads to my blog? There doesn't seem to be a way to add code to the blog. I can click the button in the top right of a blog post to "see code", but when I paste the code from Amazon into there, it doesn't do anything. I have searched the questions already asked about this, and I haven't found an answer yet.

If this can't be done, that's also fine. How do I embed links into a page? I want to recommend books and use my associates links.

I figured out how to do this. It’s not the easiest thing in the world, but it’s not so bad. Definitely brush up on HTML basics if you’re an Amazon Associate or in any other programs.
