Announcement bar and banner image

I'm just starting out and getting familiar with the Shopify settings, but there are 2 problems I can't seem to fix, and it's bothering me a lot. My announcement bar won't show up on my website, but I can change it in my customization screen. Also, my banner image has disappeared from my customization screen but is still on my website, so I can't change that either.

i understand the theme editor pretty well and i added the announcement bar (aankondigingsbalk) but it doesnt show on my website. and also i removed my banner on the theme editor but it still shows on my website as you can see.
