Apply Theme App Extension snippet at the beginning of the <head> tag

Could you please specify if it is possible to apply a Theme App Extension's snippet file at the beginning of the <head> tag, instead of applying it at the end of the </head> tag?

We are asking this since Google Consent Mode's integration should be applied before the other Google tags (Google Analytics, Google Ads etc.), but that would be impossible if the only option is to add the integration (snippet file) at the end of the </head> tag.
