Billing refund

I haven’t used my Shopify in 3 months, I thought I deactivated it but I had two profiles on this account and only deactivated one. I was wondering if I can get refunded those 3 months I was billed 29.00 . This is my first time logging in since then and I noticed I was still being charged.
