Buy Button —> Request a quote button

Hi guys, I sell custom carbon fibre steering wheels on my site and the prices are constantly changing does anyone know how to change the buy now button to request a quote button on all my products so customers cannot just buy straight away?

You can edit that button in Online store > Themes > Edit code > buy-buttons.liquid
