Can I calculate tax on price range?

I want to charge tax on good/products with value/price less than 1000₹
Intra state will be CGST 2.5% and SGST 2.5%
Inter state will be IGST 5%, 
AND
For goods with value greater than 1000₹
Intra state will be CGST 6% and SGST 6%
Inter state will be IGST 12%

How can i achieve this?
