Can't do url redirect

hey,

ive tried to do url redirect and it didnt success

so what i wrote:

Redirect from : Fashionalta.com/Andrea ( this is what i want customers to click)

Redirect to : https://fashionalta.com/collections/sale/products/2xl-plus-size-autumn-2022-casual-women-shirt-korea...

and it didn't work for me it leads me to 404 page not found

what can be the reason ?

I just checked and the URL is redirecting properly.

May be it was just some caching issue which was resolved automatically.
