Can’t see text in checkout

I’m unable to change the color of the text on the checkout page for https://www.seattleperfumers.com/. The theme editor won’t let me access the checkout page and I can’t locate the values I need to insert in base.css to override the default color. How do I fix this?

The checkout page is reserved by Shopify and cannot be customized.

You can only customize it on Shopify Plus, which is a higher plan.
