Dear Shopify!

I would like to cancel my store, because i have no profit and i do not want to pay the bill next month.

Shopify cannot deactivate your store, you need to do it on your own by following the steps below:

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan > Deactivate store

  • Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.

  • Enter your password, and then click Deactivate Now.

Before canceling your store, you need to make sure that you have paid for any outstanding charges and canceled your service with third-party apps to avoid being billed externally.
