Hi!
We just updated our checkout to the checkout extensibility however we noticed that our checkout abandon rate has increased compared to the old checkout. It's basically the opposite of what we were expecting. What might have caused this one? Our ad campaigns are the same and after we upgraded the checkout abandon rate seems to have increased? Please advise.
