How can I correct the error page when switching to checkout from the cart?
The text is standard for shopify

Our theme is Broadcast version 3.7.1
We put pictures in the theme settings - it does not appear. We tried to change the language settings - this is also not there. We looked at the theme code, too, no.
How can this be corrected?
We do not have payments working temporarily on the site and we want to contact managers to make payments. Until we restore the payment.
