Customer Account Page - Address Edit & Delete Button Do Nothing

For some reason on my clients customer account page, they can no longer edit or delete previous addresses and I can't for the life of me work out why as I haven't changed any code regarding it.

Spoke to Shopify Partner support and they recommended I come here as the theme has had custom edits and cant be troubleshooter by themselves.

Make a test account and I can remove it afterwards if needed.
