Customizing quatity selector for specific products on refresh theme

Hello im trying to figure out how to customize my quatity selector for specific products only. I watched this tutorial ( Wholesale Quantities In Shopify - Minimum Or Box Quantity - No App - YouTube ) but it wasnt for my theme. So im wondering if anyone on here could help me figure this out. My code matched the one in the video but was unsuccesfull. After speaking with chat support i was redirected to this avenue of help. I ust want to change the "1" in my selector to be 3000" at the product  page level. I have a third party app that prompts a message that doesnt allow my customer to continue unless the minimu is met but having any number less than the minimum could cause confusion for my customer. Can any one help me figure this out ?

@GsoPrinting1 so instead of showing 1 number in quntity selector you want to display 3000 in input?

Yes and i would like for it to go up in increaments of 50 as well.

I got that. but it requires some code to manage in your theme. and is it for some particular product right?

Yes i would like it to be applied to my die cut collection products. Is this something you think you could help me with ?
