Dawn 2.0 header padding for sticky bars

Hi there,

I'm using Dawn 2.0 theme for my store, and when i add a sticky bar and scroll up/down, it covers my header. Anyone know how to resolve this?

Also Dawn 2.0 by default has an announcement bar and I want to make it sticky.
