DAWN Them Product Carousel Issue

The product carousel already set to thumbnail carousel in admin settings but does not show the thumbnails as shown below screenshot.

Please advise or point me to the right direction where to start troubleshooting this page.

Note that when the page is still loading i can see the carousel in the bottom of the main product image but as soon as the document finishes loading it disappears! Should be the one below while it is still loading it shows.
