Dawn Theme: How can I make the "Collections List" block images clickable?

Hello,

In the Dawn theme, how can I make the "Collections List" block images clickable to their corresponding collections? I hid the title button links by following a tutorial -- it's the look my client wants. Now I need to make the collection images on the home page clickable buttons.
