Hi All,

I've added a gradient background for my Dawn store, however I only want it as a background for the header part and not the entire website. IS there a way this can be customized?

Hi Simi1607,

Which version of Dawn are you using? With the newish version 10 you have access to colour schemes which may allow you to apply a different scheme to the header vs the background, and this scheme could be your gradient.

To further expand on this....
The header has a section where you can select which color scheme it uses. This is how you can determine if its different than other sections.

Then the theme color settings have color inputs. You have background 1 and 2 and gradient options for each. How I believe this works is you have background 1 or background 2 as options. If you have a gradient for background 1, it automatically overrides your solid color for background 1. So you only will be able to have background 1 solid or background 1 gradient, not both. But you can do background 1 solid, background 2 gradient, if that makes sense.
