Dawn Theme - templates/customers directory missing from theme code editor

Hello,

I'm building a customer account page and would like to work on the templates/customers template files. Can someone explain why the 'templates/customers' directory does not appear in the theme code editor?

Are you using new customer accounts? If so you won't be able to modify the template. Here's what you can customize.
