Does Shopify have some sort of publicly accessible demo shop that I could export a demo dataset from?
I'm trying to building a DBT package (for data modeling in the warehouse) for Shopify data that gets ingested via some ETL / Data Ingestion Tool like Fivetran / Stitch / Airflow / etc... Fivetran already has a DBT package for shopify but I want to build my own with custom use cases that my business encouters frequently. In order to do that, I need to get a practice dataset into the warehouse in the exact format it would showup as if I had ingested it from an actual shopify account (or multiple).
IMPORTANT: The dataset export by its self would be a big win. Though the biggest win (my ideal solution) would be some demo shop that Shopify actually lets me ingest data from via Fivetran into BigQuery.
Any thoughts on where I could get something like this short of creating my own test shopify account, adding fake tractions and customer behavior manually?
