Dropdown moblie menu on desktop too

Hi guys,

I'm really struggling with this. I want to have the dropdown menu I see on mobile view also on my desktop view. Even though I selected dropdown menu it shows megamenu and it looks really messy on desktop view. 

 this is how it looks on desktop, and it's awful! 

This is how I want it to look on desktop. 

I am using the Sense theme and would really appreciate if you could give me a solution.

in the header settings there should be  settings to adjust this in dawn theme  in the theme editor

Yes, but this is the issue. Even though the setting is checked for "dropdown" on desktop it is shown as megamenu.

 see? The type of menu is "dropdown", but even so on desktop it is shown as megamenu
