Facebook Pixel is not recognized

Hi there,

I have a question regarding the Facebook pixel and its integration.

I never had any problems with the setup until recently.

I have built two new stores with the Shrine Theme, which I used before, but strangely the Meta Pixel Helper on these stores shows that no pixel is found.

Also within the Event Manager when you test events nothing comes up, but strangely enough ads are already running on both stores and the pixel receives events

A few weeks ago I also built a store with the Shrine theme and everything is fine there, although it is 1 to 1 the same setup.

So far I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall the Facebook & Instagram Sales Channel several times and to reconnect everything but without success.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

The support from Meta and Shopify directly is unfortunately not very helpful.
