Flip Gallery Section on Mobile.

I have a site, https://ukiyostation.com and I'm wondering how I can invert/flip a gallery section on mobile.

When you visit the site you'll see a gallery where it says Gaming Mice and next to it there is an image with computer mice.

I want that to stay how it is on desktop, but on mobile I would like for the image next to it (With Computer Mice) to display first and the Gaming Mice titled image second.

Here is an image of the section I'm trying to flip.

I am using the Minimal Theme.

I do not know any coding. It would be great if someone could help with this.

Ps. I will be reusing the code for different sections of the page so some section are flipped on mobile.
