Google GA4: Multiple installations of Global site tag (gtag.js) detected

Problems: for some reasons, I have re-setup a new GA4 and successfully linked to Shopify. However, I have checked any problems with Google Tag Assistant Legacy, then it shows:

I have checked all my codes in IDE, but it shows only one gtag in my code. any idea?

Check if are using any VPN or ads block app.
