Hello, Team. I'm currently using the sense theme for an e-commerce website and am having issues with the tracker pixel code in the theme. My partner provided a pixel code for tracking orders, which I correctly pasted in accordance with their developer guidelines. However, when we placed a demo order through their tracker link, the order was successfully placed, but my partners did not track any orders from there sides.
