How Do I Create A Mobile Menu That Is Different Than The Desktop Menu?

I've found some similar questions but they are outdated as the file system has changed.

We're trying to show a different menu on mobile view (not secondary menu) instead of the main menu.

So basically 1 menu for mobile, 1 menu for desktop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
