How do I register a new carrier service in this nodejs/remix shopify app?

Hello,

I have been working on this shopify app for a while now, it is supposed to add some carriers to the users shopify store.

Please how do i register the carrier service in the node js project, how do i setup the callback url also.

Shopify doc does not help in any way.

Any help would be welcome. Find attached a screenshot of my project structure
