How to create a user segment for your first 100 user signups in Shopify

I am looking to create a user segment on Shopify to target the first 100 email signups I get. With this I want to then share with those 100 users a coupon code for my site. Any idea on how to do this?

1, identified your first 100 signups, then 
2, create discount from dashboard 
3, You can set limits on how many times the coupon can be used and whether it can be used once per customer.
4, create email, send it to your first 100 signups.
