How to have a estimated delivery on each product page

I would like it to look exactly as shown in the picture ordered (The day we are in) order ready(The following 3 days) delivered (10 to 20 days from today) please help me find the code to make it exactly as the picture as I don’t want to use the app and pay a monthly subscription
