How to localize the country names

Hello, I was trying to localize the country names (instead of them displaying in English, I need them in Lithuanian). I guess the problem lies within the code but I just can't seem to find a place to change this. Even asked a support agent and they offered this but there's no item that is in the 4th point: 

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
2. Find the theme you want to edit, click Actions, and then click Edit code.
3. In the Sections directory, open [cart-template.liquid] or [cart.liquid].
4. Find the code that generates the country selection dropdown. It usually looks something like this: {% form 'country' %}.
5. Replace the English country names with their Lithuanian counterparts.

Can someone help me?
