Without being able to test on the actual store I would recommend considering the following options:
ensure that the image itself doesn't have extra white space above and below the logo.
adjust CSS rules and media queries to reduce any unnecessary margin or padding on mobile.
use a different image on mobile vs desktop as you might be able to use a mobile optimised image that will not have the extra white space - here's a guide on how to achieve this.
