How to remove "add to cart" and purchse functions from XTRA theme - want only price but purchase

I want to remove the add-to-cart and qty, and all things related to allowing the user to purchase - I do want price to show - but my customers dont need to purchase on line - I have the EXTRA theme - can this be done?
