I've got the Shopify theme Symmetry version 7.2.1 installed on my shop, however, all of my sale items are showing up at a different price and combining with the compare at price.
For example, a product sale price is £68.00 down from £72.25 but is displaying as £68,072.25 Another item is meant to be £54.80 down from £61 but it's showing up as £548,061.00. Rather than striking out the old price, it seems to be connecting the two prices together.
I've tried downloading a fresh theme and starting from scratch, but I am still experiencing issues with my sale items.
It only seems to be an issue with the collection pages, rather than the product page itself.
Here is how I have setup my sale item prices.
As it is not a free theme. I need to check your theme code if you do not mind. And I think it should be a easy fix.
What theme code would you need to check?
Hi @Sonya_2025
Thank you for reaching out. May I ask what part of the code you would need to see?
This is the issue with your theme's code. I recommend you contact support of the theme so they can solve this issue for you.
