I can't unpload gif to my products pages

Why I always can't upload gifs ????  It's so annoying.

This is the site, and why should use code to upload video, Can't shopify be better to use????!!!

you can upload gif and video.

it's your theme issue, not Shopify issue.

Where you have purchased the theme contact them to fix out your issue.
