Is it possible to not drop down the side menu on mobile?

Hi, when I saw it on mobile, I saw the menu in the header unfolding as a drop-down. What we want is to make sure that the sub-items in certain categories are already open and visible, not in a drop-down manner. I have attached a picture!
I'd appreciate your help.
