Local pickup displaying on product page

I recently upgraded my website (tesswigs.com) to the most recent version of the Dawn theme. I offer both local pickup and shipping, however the product pages displaying the message "Pickup available at Tess Wig Boutique

Usually ready in 2-4 days" is giving customers the impression they can ONLY pickup. 

Is there a way to remove that verbiage from my product pages OR to add "Shipping available domestically and internationally"? 

Any help or insight is appreciated!

I temporarily disabled the local pickup feature to remove the verbiage as this was affecting my sales...
